Shipping policy
- We know you'll be eager to receive your Jambats so we will try to dispatch quickly, normally within 3 -4 working days but due to the huge response to our January Seconds Sale our current dispatch time is upto 8 working days.
- During very busy periods it may take us a little longer to dispatch but please be assured we will endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible.
- We do ship internationally, please see shipping rates below.
- All our parcels are sent fully tracked.
- Our office and warehouses generally operate from Monday to Friday, although our customer service will still be available over weekends.
- If you do enter an incorrect address or change your mind on an order then please contact us asap, as we're unable to cancel an order or change an address once your order has been dispatched and the returns process will then need to be followed.
- We'll send you a dispatch confirmation email with a link to track your delivery (check your junk folders if you haven't received an order confirmation and dispatch confirmation email from us)
- Please contact us if you haven't received your order and it's over the expected delivery date on your tracking and we'll resolve it for you. hello@jambats.co.uk
