Jambats Ltd will always do everything possible to protect your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from our website, it gives details of everything we do or don’t do with your details and we will keep the Policy regularly updated to ensure your data is kept safe.

Collecting Personal Information

Collecting some of your information allows us to process your order smoothly but also to personalise our service to you, such as recommend something you might like based on your previous purchases or your previous searches on our website. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support, this will hopefully make your shopping experience easier if we already have some of your details on our system. How long will you keep my information?

  • Customer and order information will be kept securely on our system until you ask us to remove it.
  • Mailing List Subscriptions will remain active until you opt out from specific lists.

Sharing Personal Information

We also assure you that we only share your Personal Information with third party service providers to help us fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

  • When you place an order with us, your payment is processed via a third party company either Shopify Payments, ApplePay, Paypal, Klarna or Clear Pay and they control that payment data . Jambats will only ever hold the minimum details required in order for you to reference back to a purchase, and we cannot access your payment method as soon as the transaction has been completed. 
  • We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

Children

Our website is not intended for minors and we do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us to request deletion.

To offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.
