Refund policy
We hope you love your Jambats but if for any reason you wish to return or exchange items from your order they must be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery datewith the exception of our Seconds Sale items that are sold 'as is' and exempt from our exchange/returns policy. This doesn't effect your statutory rights. Please see some more important information below on our 30 day return or exchange policy.

- As a small brand we do not currently provide a free return service so please make sure you send your returned goods safely. A tracked service is recommended as you are responsible for your package until it reaches our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that get lost or damaged on the way back to us.
- Of course try your Jambats on and see how they fit, whether they look fabulous or if you decide they're not for you but please don't wear them if they are to be returned. All items are inspected upon return and, in order to receive a full refund they must be returned to us unworn, unused and in the same condition, you received them. This includes being sent with their original packaging and all tags attached.
- If returning items to us from outside of the UK, you must clearly state on any customs declarations and on your parcel that the contents of your parcel are “Return Goods”'. If this is not declared, we will forward any costs for duty through to you. We are not liable for any customs fees for returned goods.
- Once your returned items have been checked by our warehouse team. Allow 10 working days for your payment to be processed. We hope it will be completed much sooner but 10 days also takes into consideration any time taken by your bank or card provider to process refunds. Please note, refunds will exclude any postage and packaging costs.
- Seconds Sale items that are sold 'as is' and exempt from our exchange/returns policy. This doesn't effect your statutory rights.
- Our return address is Jambats, Unit 7 at Space, Edwin Avenue, Hoo Farm Industrial Estate, Kidderminster, Worcestershire ,DY11 7SZ. Returns will not be accepted outside 30 days.
Incorrect or Faulty
At Jambats we pride ourselves in offering quality, slow fashion and of course will do our very best to ensure that every item we dispatch is correctly sized and of the very highest quality. However, mistakes unfortunately do happen. Should you receive an incorrect or a faulty item, please email hello@jambats.co.uk with this information ASAP, so that we can resolve any issues for you.
